We first seek to will work with the project agents or/and the community to do the following:
 Maroon Drummers
- Facilitate the formulation of partnerships between stakeholders
- Assessment
of community or organizations resources for hosting the volunteers;
Local inns, home stays, camp sites, transportation, etc.
- Formulate a Project Host Management Team to be in charge of the project volunteers
- Identify the project/projects in the context of National development
- Determine the project’s needs
- Structure a program, and provide volunteers to help them achieve their goals.
- List community attributes and resources; History, culture, sites, playfields, community centers, shops, craftsperson, musicians, dancers, cooks/restaurants to encourage the patronage to small business, local craftsmen and artist.
- Formulate a Traveler's Code for visitors coming to the community with the community, guidelines for individuals on issues such as Cultural Understanding, Social Impacts and Environmental Impacts
- Determine the needs and cost of the hosting of the volunteers
- Formulate the roles to be fulfilled in the hosting
- Monitor development of the projects
- Evaluate the success of volunteer projects
